Grand Floridian Expansion Update (August 2, 2012)


As we were on top of the Contemporary Resort to take some shots of the new Fantasyland Expansion area, we thought it would have been a good idea also to take a look at the status of the expansion work currently being done next to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Indeed, the new DVC wing is really coming along. Take a look:


The structure is taking shape very quickly. I wish they would be so fast in building the Seven Dwarfs Ride:

Since we are here, let's take a look around...

The Polynesian Resort should receive its DVC Expansion soon. It's just a matter of time:


Bay Lake Tower:


Mowing the grass in the future site of Walt Disney World's newest Deluxe Resort, coming in 2035:



No update is complete without a hint to the greatest Disney theme park ever created (well, at least it was the best when it opened in 1982. Today, it is still our favorite, though the park does have a lot of issues):
